If you require online assistance in retrieving your record, the link below allows RASCI Technical Support Staff to provide “Short-Notice Assistance” by taking remote control of your computer. Only use this option if you are on the telephone with a RASCI representative and they have directed you to this page and link.

 

How it works:

 

On your computer:

  1. Please click on the “Short Notice Assistance” link below:

  2. Share with us your TeamViewer ID and password.

  3. We will then securely connect to your computer.

Terminating the Remote Control Session

 

When your Short Notice Assistance session is complete, close the Short Notice Assistance program.
